Testing

**** To test for an amateur radio license you must bring a copy of a photo ID, an FRN available free from FCC.gov and $15.00 for the testing fee. Tests will be given at regular club meetings which are held on the second Thursday of each month in Poplar Bluff. If you wish to be tested you must contact us prior to the meeting so we can be prepared.

Ham Radio Classes Now Forming!

There is a Tech Class forming for 16 January 2024, 7 pm central US time, and for each following Tuesday evening for a total of 4 weeks. Classes will be held on ZOOM, link to be emailed to registrants. Classes will be about 90 minutes each. KC9NNT has a few books for $26 each for in person pick up. About 10-15 hours of personal study is required to pass the test.
